On December 23, the talented pianist Johannes Mergarten from Vienna returns to his hometown for a special concert. One day before Christmas, he will create an atmospheric ambience with a mixture of soulful compositions and playful improvisation to accompany you relaxed into the holidays. A touch of jazz, a little groove and a large portion of neoclassical music form the foundation on which he presents his second album "Life Story", seven years after his debut.

He increasingly adds his voice to his pieces, which is - almost subtly - integrated into the arrangements like an additional instrument. In doing so, he achieves a perfect balance between the fragile beauty of classical sounds, the surprising dynamics of improvisation and the powerful energy of the groove.
