The SWAP IT! clothes swap - swapping instead of buying!
Whether you want to get rid of your ex-favorites or find new treasures - you can hand in up to 10 items! A dress, a pair of shoes or an accessory: swap what you no longer need and find something new to enhance your style. Clothing swaps are a fantastic way to extend the life of your clothes and protect the environment at the same time.

The supporting program - creativity meets sustainability:
In addition to the clothes swap, you can expect a varied program that will not only boost your wardrobe, but also your creative skills:

• Repair with Paula: Give your favorite piece new life! Learn how to repair your clothes yourself and preserve the value of your textiles. 🧵🪡

• Visible Mending with Ekaterina Haak: Discover the art of visible darning and finishing. Ekaterina shows how you can embellish your clothes through upcycling and creative repair methods. ✨

• Screen printing with Greenpeace: make a statement! With Greenpeace, you can print on textiles yourself and show your stance on environmental and climate issues on your clothes. 🌿👕

Why is this so important?
Every clothes swap and every upcycling project helps to extend the life cycle of our clothes and prevents even more textiles from ending up in the bin. The fashion industry is one of the biggest polluters - but by making creative and conscious choices like clothes swapping and upcycling, we can all help to reduce the industry's impact. We are convinced: together we can make a change!

What is Fashion Revolution Week?
Every year in April - on the day of remembrance of the RanaPlaza disaster in 2013 - the Fashion Revolution movement calls for people to address the profound issues surrounding the fashion industry. Working conditions, transparency, fair trade, environmental impact... you name it!

It's time we stand up together for a better fashion world and show that sustainable choices are possible and necessary. 🌍💚
