Kleidungstausch und Gespräch mit FEMNET e.V. zur Fashion Revolution Week

In the organizer's words:

In line with the motto"Think globally, act locally!", we will take a critical look at the global textile industry and our consumption in a discussion with FEMNET e.V., while at the same time taking direct action by swapping clothes.
👉 at 6 pm "Ways to a sustainable and fair consumption of textiles: Reduce, Reuse, recycle - and protest!"
Together with Jil Holtbernd, project manager for sustainable procurement at FEMNET e.V., we will talk about human rights violations and working conditions in the textile industry. We will learn how this is linked to our consumer behavior and how we can consume more sustainably. Look forward to exciting discussions and moving insights into the struggles of textile workers in the Global South.

- Please bring a maximum of 8 clean and undamaged items of clothing
- Look around - take what you like and what you will wear regularly

Background: The world's largest fashion activism campaign week "Fashion Revolution Week" takes place around April 24, the anniversary of the Rana Plaza disaster in Bangladesh.
