Kleiner Weihnachtsmarkt am großen Tannenbaum

The inner courtyard of the "gute Stube" gets really cozy on the weekends during Advent:
Between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., "Der kleine Weihnachtsmarkt am großen Tannenbaum" opens its doors to Munich's young and older neighborhood. With hot mulled wine, homemade
baked stollen or grilled sausages, you can chat around the campfire or enjoy the hands-on activities and games on offer.

Every Saturday at 4:30 p.m., there's a Christmas candle hunt: All Christmas market visitors are invited to bring along wrapped little things that will bring joy to someone else. The Christmas elf collects the pretty presents and lets everyone who has brought one draw another package.

You can also stock up on fun and useful gifts for friends, family, neighbors or just for yourself at a market stall with home-made products. The good thing about it - all the proceeds from the Christmas market enable the good parlor to actively combat loneliness, rustiness and the hasty demise of city dwellers.
