The small room concert is a monthly format at the Neue Apotheke, where artists from a wide range of genres present their songs in a relaxed and personal living room atmosphere far away from the big stages. ✨

Ottolien will be playing with us on Wednesday, 02.04. Finn Moriz will be the support act.

OTTOLIEN are the brothers Leo and Jonas. One is a producer, rapper and beat maker and the other is a cerebral lyricist and guitarist. In their lyrics, double rhyme structures meet a visual language that does not shy away from any pop cultural reference. OTTOLIEN fly inland by hanging from a windmill, manage to use the word "Jack Wolfskin jacket" lyrically and are always wonderfully self-deprecating. They almost casually write their Easter Eggs lyrics on great melodies that you never want to get rid of. OTTOLIEN take the listener into their family, whose musical family tree should consist of DIE TOTEN HOSEN, WIR SIND HELDEN and MAECKES.

Finn Moriz: Between intimate moments and grand gestures, sensitively told stories and loudly shouted announcements. Sometimes it sounds like a spontaneous concert in front of ten people in a strange shared room, only to break out and radiate the energy of an open-air concert. Finn Moriz brings charming singer-songwriter pieces together with impressive pop energy and his unmistakable style of putting life into stirring words.
