In the organizer's words:

The climate crisis has long been more than just an environmental issue - it affects politics, the economy, society and our daily lives. But although the scientific facts are clear, the public and politicians often remain hesitant. Why is this the case? And what role does the media play in this?

Climate journalism is more than just reporting on heatwaves or climate conferences. It's about attitude, classification, fact-checking - and pointing out solutions. Young people in particular have a voice and a responsibility here. New perspectives, formats and courageous stories are needed that not only inform, but also move.

This event invites you to get to know the climate journalism of today and tomorrow: critical, creative, constructive.

Various workshops will be offered by Elisa Miebach, Rahel Roloff, Simon Koenigsdorff and Jule Zentek.
