In the Garden of the Future, we will get in the mood together - for the big water parade and a world full of possibilities. Listen to the voice of the Alster with self-made hydrophones, shout your wishes and fears onto the water, plant seeds of hope in floating plants. Here you can help design and paint the floating plant islands with Alejandro Ibáñez or simply relax with a lemonade.
The Choir of Radical Hope accompanies us into the silence before the departure - towards a hopeful future. The best way to get to the Jungfernstieg on the Binnenalster is on foot, by bike or by public transport.

Water parade: Ship 1 "Alsterwasser"

Jungfernstieg jetty, 20354 Hamburg

We glide gently and silently across the Inner Alster on the electrically powered, barrier-free Alsterwasser. On board: the Parliament of Water Creatures, which takes the works created on land with it on its journey. Puppets, costumes and sculptures give shape and voice to tiny animals and forgotten river mud. Imaginative creatures - flying fish, water dragons and more - accompany the parade and tell of futures in and on the water.

Please note: the trip on the ship "Alsterwasser" is barrier-free.

2.15 pm - 4.00 pm

Water parade: Ship 2 "Alstersonne"

Jungfernstieg jetty, 20354 Hamburg

We will celebrate the lunch of the future on the glass solar catamaran Alstersonne: we will come together at the floating table and enjoy delicacies from permaculture and wild-collected herbs and berries. Accompanied by the whisper of the waves, Mengqi Wang will take you on a sensual journey to the essences of tea, accompanied by the sounds of the soundbar - a feast for the palate and soul in the middle of the water.

With the young food artists and researchers, Olya Tarasyeyeva and Mona Hegmann and Piet Möller from the Ackerperlen, as well as the Soundbar and Mengqi Wang.

Paddle with us in canoes, kayaks and rubber dinghies right into the heart of the water parade! Surrounded by the floating garden of the future, we will follow the large ships on their journey from the Outer to the Inner Alster. Feel the fresh Alster air, experience Hamburg's water world up close, immerse yourself in a lively spectacle - and celebrate your future wishes, ideas and visions directly from the water!

Note: We have an inclusive manta (SUP barrier-free) on which up to 4 people in wheelchairs can travel with us.
