KODA

When an orderly musical cosmos of sound unfolds from a seeming tangle of cables and synthesizers, KODA takes us on a journey through space and time at Schleuse Zwei. Düsseldorf-based Konrad Simon and Daniel Olbricht explore the worlds between pulsating basses, nimble beats, hypnotic pads and organic melodies and take their audience directly with them on this expedition. In their live performance, KODA uses analog sounds, digital textures and always a pinch of chaos to create a sound universe that roams through various spheres of electronic music. The duo also have an audio-reactive light installation with them, which expands the spectrum of the music through what is seen. The space, the people and the music come into harmony - everything happens in its own universe, time seems to stand still.
