In the organizer's words:

The Cologne bunkers are relics from terrible times. They were converted at some point
into rehearsal rooms, shooting ranges or cultural centers. High bunkers are visible, while
other bunkers can be accessed through hidden entrances or floor slabs. The fact that there are
bunkers in Cologne is not known to many people. Underground car parks and subway
stations sometimes have a dual function.
The tubular bunker in front of the Higher Regional Court at Reichenspergerplatz 6 is the starting point
of the cycle tour. We cycle through the city together in a "group" and visit the
nuclear bunker at Rudolfplatz and at the Kalk-Post stop.
People actually sought and found shelter in the tube bunker. This is not true
