Kommt ein Clown in ein Hotel

In the organizer's words:

When a clown comes to a hotel

World premiere by Judith Kuckart

The bar of an airport hotel in Moscow, the transit area, pure dreariness. Two people are stranded here, have missed their plane or their flight has been canceled, so where are they supposed to go - on this night that has somehow fallen out of time? Mirco Schön and Jorinde Nord have no choice but to kill time here and cautiously get to know each other.
They are both "traveling clowns", but they are bored and disappointed with their own lives and have lost contact with their "inner clown". They have lost their sense of happiness because they realize that they can't get what they want and they don't like what they can get.
But: when life is hard on the stomach, laughter is the digestive. The bar counter is the lifeline and the bartender - God! He not only mixes the cocktails, but also mixes up their lives: with anarchy, comedy, flirtation and lots of fantasy. He challenges them, lures them out of their lethargy. Over the course of the evening, they discover with him that their imagination can take them anywhere and change their lives.
The dialogues are closely interwoven with the artistic, clownish elements that Matthias Romir has staged as an integral part of the story, giving it its dynamic.
