KOMPROMAT
In the organizer's words:
KOMPROMAT is a collaboration between VITALIC and REBEKA WARRIOR (Sexy Sushi, Mansfield.TYA).
Their first album Traum und Existenz, released in 2019 on Clivage Music (Vitalic's own label), laid the foundation for a dark, powerful universe. In January 2025, they return with PLДYING / PRДYING on Warriorecords, the label founded by Rebeka Warrior.
The new album deals with themes such as prayer (whether pagan or not), funeral rites, the transition between worlds and the pleasures of the body, dance and ecstasy - a divine invocation through music, as it were.
Genres collide: EBM, cold wave, new wave and radical techno. The duo revels in the blurring of boundaries. While their first album was characterized by German lyrics, their new texts are presented in English.
