Konzert mit Hale01 und Balsamico auf dem End Cement Festival

Did you know that a huge number of cultural events throughout Heidelberg are sponsored by Germany's biggest climate killer, Heidelberg Materials?

We think that's shitty - and are simply putting on a counter-concert! While Heidelberg Materials' image as a benefactor is being polished with music in the foyer, we're right opposite in the park, together with the great people from Hale01 and Balsamico.

hale01 - the newcomer indie-pop duo from Heidelberg: Hanna and Lea are behind this name. The two young musicians met at the beginning of their studies through their siblings and promptly decided to form a flat share. After 5 years of being flatmates and occasionally making music in the kitchen, they started the band project hale01 in 2023. Their lyrics and melodies are self-composed and range from autobiographical self-reflection to everyday anecdotes and metaphorical excursions into Greek mythology. With one guitar and two voices, hale01 creates a serious and at the same time bitingly cheeky mood. The two voices come together in melodic two-part harmony and at the same time create a musical dialog that is accompanied by a fitting attitude.

Balsamico - a live experience with a good mood, to listen to, enjoy and dance to: This is what the concerts of BALSAMICO, the band of Heidelberg singer and songwriter Peter Saueressig, promise. On stage, he presents songs from five albums, together with top-class musicians and singers from the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. In addition to his own songs, the live repertoire also includes "balsamicized" cover versions of Queen, Prince, Amy Winehouse, Gregory Porter and others.
