Recently, a dirty, cuddly bass has also made up the band and perfected the sound world. - Schmissig!

Die Jugend von Gestern is a young duo from Dortmund who have been writing enigmatically melancholic indie rock anthems since 2022. Consisting of Katha and Haider, the band has already achieved a small cult status with their first demo on Bandcamp - especially in their hometown and surrounding areas. Despite their short time on the music scene, they have already played sold-out gigs and supported established acts such as Pogendroblem and Tigeryouth. In 2024 they released their debut album as a vinyl LP on My Favorite Chords.
