Konzert von Post Nebbia

On January 17, 2025, the Italian Cultural Institute Cologne will present a concert by the band Post Nebbia in its theater hall at 7 pm.

The Cologne concert is part of the band's European tour starting on January 15 at the Eurosonic Festival in Gröningen, where their new album Pista Nera, released in November 2024 by Dischi Sotteranei/La Tempesta, will be presented. The album, written by Carlo Corbellini and arranged by Post Nebbia, is the band's fourth. It translates into music the deeply personal and at the same time universally felt turmoil of an entire generation caught between anger, disappointment and betrayal. With a cynical and disillusioned humor that at times recalls Fantozzi's crass exaggerations, the album channels feelings of anger, powerlessness, bitterness and confusion that accompany the perception of a future that is very different from one's own hopes: a seemingly unstoppable decline of the planet is exacerbated by the scholastic, tragic-comic inertia of those who could change course, or at least limit the damage.

Formed in the emerging Veneto music scene,Post Nebbia emerged from the home-recording experiments of Carlo Corbellini, born in 1999. The band released their first self-produced work *First Season* in May 2018 and the album received positive feedback from key figures in the Italian independent music scene and across the industry. At the beginning of 2020, they were ranked as one of the most promising bands by the music magazines *rockit.it* (CBCR) and *Rolling Stone* (Class of 2020). After their second album *Channel Landscapes* from 2020 and their third *Entropia Padrepio* from 2023, Post Nebbia return to the stage with *Pista Nera*, which was released on 22. 11. 2024.
