„Kopf aus, Herz an!“ – Workshop mit Julia Hisserich

How often do we find ourselves wandering into our busy and imaginative heads during improv scenes - "Yes, that's what the story needs now", "That must be funny!", "Oh God, now it's going to be a love scene!". In many cases, we lose touch with our bodies and lose sight of what is actually happening on stage, that everything is already there and we just have to act. We only feel and see all of this when we really connect with ourselves and our fellow actors.

In this workshop, we will explore real impulses, authentic emotions and dare to make strong decisions in connection with ourselves and our fellow actors. What do we enjoy on stage? What really inspires us? For more real "yes, exactly ands" instead of rummaging uninspiredly in our heads for new ideas. Head off, heart on - let's tell touching stories that flow on their own.

Julia Hisserich

Julia Hisserich lost her heart to improv theater 15 years ago in the USA. Since then, she has loved bringing the magical and absurd aspects of human interaction to national and international improv stages in an energetic, touching, humorous or even disturbing way. She is an improv trainer, communication trainer, business presenter and marketing expert. One focus of her work is always on how we can truly connect with each other and with what is important to us. In addition to improvisational theater, her heart beats for visual storytelling, squirrels and she likes to go on vacation where seniors feel comfortable.
