This workshop will teach you the latest about metabolic nutrition, strengthening the immune system and weight management. You will discover the ability to manage your daily diet responsibly and enjoyably and learn about soothing abdominal self-massage, as well as successful energy management with exercise and relaxation methods for coping with stress. Exercises suitable for everyday use are taught in theory and practice for immediate implementation.
Please bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat and a cushion. We have blankets for you on site!
