Come with us into the wild nature out there. It starts on your doorstep! On my herb walks, I will introduce you to the world of wild herbs. You'll learn how to identify the most common seasonal herbs, trees and shrubs and how to use them. You don't have to be a herb expert or live in the countryside to do this. Even in the big city, you can make the most of the wide world of wild herbs!

What does a herb walk with me involve?

- Getting to know and collecting around 10 seasonal wild herbs

- Collection rules, tips and tricks for drying, storing and processing

- Recognition characteristics, ingredients and possible uses

- Tasting of a homemade wild herb snack (organic & vegan)

Don't forget weatherproof clothing, sun and tick protection.

The meeting point is at the entrance to the Kleinzschocher summer pool, Küchenholzallee 75, where you can lock up your bike. There is a parking lot on Antonienstraße and the streetcar lines 1 and 2 (Rödelstraße stop) will take you to the meeting point in just a few minutes.
