Together with the experienced herb expert Linda from krautvertraut , you will explore the world of exciting local wild herbs:

• What can they be used for?
• What active ingredients do they contain?
• How can you recognize them safely?

You will immerse yourself in the plant world on your own doorstep and learn to look closely, identify them safely and lose your fear of contact when collecting them.

But we don't just look and marvel: on the way, we fortify ourselves with a snack made from wild ingredients from nature!
