Choir festival

On Saturday, 28.09.2024, from 5 pm to 10 pm, the first choir festival of the Kreis-ChorVereinigungKöln (KCV) will take place in the Kulturbunker Mülheim. The KCV is the regional representation of the North Rhine-Westphalia Choir Association. We currently have 61 choirs with over 2,000 singers.

11 member choirs, which are at home throughout Cologne, will take to the stage at this festival under the motto "This is me - don't stop me now".

With their repertoire and composition, they provide an insight into the diverse choral landscape of our city. Whether classical or modern, with well-known pieces or new songs, a capella or with instrumental accompaniment, as a small ensemble or large choir: the choirs' 15-minute performances offer something for every musical taste.
