In the organizer's words:

Cuba, the largest of the Antilles islands, is not only famous for its cigars, but also for its cuisine, and rightly so. Cuban cuisine combines traditional ingredients from the island with influences from Spain and Creole cuisine in a unique way. It will be spicy and hearty.

Please bring your own: Apron, drink, container for samples, sharp knife, two tea towels
