With authentic dishes, we invite you on a culinary journey around the world at philipp eins.

And this time we have a very special treat for you! Our dear Jessi (Geis) is coming all the way from her new home to cook her favorite dishes from the beautiful island of Mallorca!

Jessi is back

She was the face of philipp eins for many years. Our former operations manager moved to the island a few years ago for love - now she's back.
She has not only brought her sweetheart with her, but also her brother-in-law! This means that two native Mallorcans will be joining Jessi for the evening!

To make sure it all works out, we're switching to a Thursday as an exception, because Jessi is coming to Speyer for the Old Town Festival afterwards anyway!
