We invite you on a culinary journey around the world with authentic dishes at philipp eins.

We visit the wonderful country of Slovenia.

Mateja says Zdravo!

Mateja is one of our temporary waitresses and a full-time teacher. She grew up in the Palatinate and in Slovenia, but is Slovenian at heart and would like to introduce you to the culinary delights of her Slovenia - the little pearl between the Julian Alps and the Adriatic coast.

The traditional cuisine is characterized by fresh ingredients of local origin and numerous specialties from the region. Slovenian food is mostly peasant fare. However, it is also strongly influenced by the Balkan region and neighboring countries (Italy, Austria, Hungary, Croatia).

Mateja is already looking forward to the evening and her work in our kitchen.

The entrance fee includes the food

Admission includes the food, you are welcome to come by the kitchen pass several times.

Tickets are only available in advance, there will be no box office.
