KulturAbend: Diversität als Checkliste?!

In the organizer's words:

Diversity is on everyone's lips - but what does it really mean beyond quotas, campaigns and well-meaning social media posts? Is representation alone enough? And what happens when the topic degenerates into a checklist?

Our KulturAbend brings together two women who are committed to visibility, equality and change with their very own voices and perspectives: Rapper Ebow and music manager Marina Buzunashvilli.

Together, the two talk about structural inequalities, the tension between symbolic politics and genuine participation - and about how much courage it takes to remain true to yourself in a world that often prefers to see categories rather than whole people.

Ebow is one of the most important voices in German-language rap. In her songs, she stands up for queer communities and migrant identities - always political, poetic and non-conformist.

Marina Buzunashvilli, former Director of PR at Sony Music and founder of one of the most influential artist agencies in German rap, has changed the music business from the inside. In her biography "DIE BOSSIN", she impressively describes her journey from the Kreuzberg hood to the top of the industry.
