The program for the Kulturfrühling has been announced: six events will enrich Trier's cultural calendar with music and theater from 20 April to 12 June. The series of events at the Kornmarkt Casino is being held for the fifth time as a joint initiative of the City of Trier, the Trier Cultural Foundation and DoMi Event GmbH, which runs the casino. The casino is available to the artists free of charge; technical support for the evenings is also provided. In addition, all entrance fees remain with the artists. The declared aim of the concept is to support the independent scene and bring their work to the attention of the public. This year, numerous artists have submitted their applications for the Kulturfrühling.
The jury, consisting of Head of Cultural Affairs Markus Nöhl, the Chairman of the Trier Cultural Foundation Dr. Andreas Ammer and Matthias Lanz as a representative of the casino operating company, decided on the winners of the competition.
