Art in Westend 2025: Contemporary art meets hospital operations - six new exhibitions on the grounds of the DRK Kliniken Berlin Westend

On Sunday, May 18, 2025, the association Kunst im Westend e.V. will officially open its new exhibition season. For the first time, all six exhibition spaces will be used simultaneously - on the extensive grounds of the listed DRK Kliniken Berlin Westend, where contemporary art meets everyday hospital life, architectural history and social reality.

For over 20 years, Kunst im Westend e.V. has been presenting contemporary art in the historic hospital rooms, creating a unique connection between art, the public and healthcare. This year's presentations feature works by Katharina J. Kühne, Nadine Schemmann, Tatiana Urban, Ruohan Wang, Manfred Bartling and Tobias Hoffknecht - six artistic positions spread across the entire hospital grounds.
