KUNST - von Yasmina Reza (Junges Ensemble)

Marc is horrified. His friend Serge has bought an expensive painting. A white picture with white stripes on a white background. Is it art or can it go? At first glance, Marc finds his friend's new acquisition laughable, but as we all know, taste is debatable. When Yvan, the third friend in the group, admits that the artwork triggers something in him, Marc is outraged. The monochrome purchase quickly brings completely new colors to the tableau of the threesome. What begins as a disagreement about what art is and what constitutes art develops into a fast-paced conflict about friendship with all its complications, highs and lows.
