Water in all its diverse manifestations exerts a timeless fascination on people. Seemingly insignificant and fleeting moments in life are reweighted and retold by the powerful waves of the ocean, the eternally flowing stream and the iridescent flickering of the park pond.
Susanne Thienel attempts to capture these moments in her own richly textured and colorful painting style using acrylic paint and mixed media on canvas.
