KunstKarussell Kunst im Kubus: Zwischen Aufbruch, Wandel und Neuland

In the organizer's words:

Workshop with Ludmilla Euler

Inspired by the artist Ilya Kabakov, we discover the art in the cube together.
Through creative design, reflection and exploration, we will bring Kabakov's emigrant memorial "The Last Step" - a work of art and monument that recalls the history of the emigrant house of 1849 - to life.

In the workshop, we will address the major themes of the journey: Prospects and hopelessness, joy and sorrow, perseverance and the hope of new personal territory. Together we will create a monument that tells of new beginnings, upheaval and big dreams.

For all those who are curious about what lies inside the monument and the art museum: the workshop invites children aged 6 and over and adults to explore creatively and develop their own artistic ideas.

Duration approx. 2 hours incl. break (please bring your own food if required).
Maximum number of participants: 15

Meeting point: Kabakov monument, An der Karlstadt 8
