A comedy play about the differences between men and women and why it doesn't help to know them ...
n movies and on TV, love stories always end in the moment of greatest happiness: a hug, a deep look into each other's eyes, a long kiss, great sex and then - fade out! Annoyingly, however, we never find out how the dream couples we envy cope with everyday life in a relationship afterwards. The bitter truth is: they can't cope! Just as little as everyone else, dream couple or not. And so the dreamlike romance of Michael and Jennifer Ehnert ends in front of the divorce judge.
Unfortunately, divorces are more the rule than the exception these days, and so the quarrelling couple have to wait another two hours until an official line is finally drawn under their marital war, as there is still a whole room of people wanting a divorce ahead of them. Enough time for the two warriors of the roses to review how it all began - and how it all fell apart.
The audience witnesses a romantic love affair in front of the camera: full of hot-blooded love scenes and explosive action sequences! And the increasingly toxic failure behind the camera: with verbal shell casings by the wayside, dialogs like landmines and an almost inexhaustible cornucopia of vulgarities and insults.
KÜSS LANGSAM is a breathtaking and hilarious tour de force through the images of men and women of our time. Constantly underpinned and undermined by the latest findings from couple research.
Director: Martin Maria Blau
