Coco Chanel became a legend during her lifetime. Her entire life was dedicated to realizing her vision. Not only did she invent the "little black dress" and the Chanel No. 5 perfume, she also abolished the corset and revolutionized the self-image of women in the 20th century. Her career is adventurous and unique, especially when you consider her origins. Her father was a street vendor and was unable to provide for the family. When her mother died of tuberculosis, she was placed in an orphanage at the age of 12, brought up to be disciplined and confronted with loneliness and emotional hardship.

Coco Chanel always strived to achieve the extraordinary. In 1910, at the age of 27, she opened her first boutique in Paris, her fame grew steadily and she became one of the most successful entrepreneurs of her time with her fashion houses. Despite all the glamor, her life was overshadowed by deep blows of fate and characterized by great contradictions. However, she always managed to reinvent herself. Coco Chanel's work and her controversial character still raise many fascinating questions for us today.
