laif Open Stage

In the organizer's words:

The annual meeting of the laif cooperative offers inspiring photo lectures and a perfect opportunity for exchange and networking among professionals and photo enthusiasts - this year on Saturday, 24.05.2025 from 14:00 at the Bürgerhaus Stollwerck in Cologne.

The public afternoon program (please also register here) with the laif Open Stage starts at 14:00 (Free admission) and offers lectures by:
- laif photographer Daniel Pilar, presenting excerpts from his exhibition "BLACKOUT".
- Marcus Höhn & Jeannette Petri, they will talk about the laif project "The Line Between
Us" and the photographic position "Beyond Binary".
- Florian Jaenicke, talks in his lecture about the genesis, the visual conception and the
conception and the resonance of his two ZEIT photo columns "Wer bist Du?" and
"Friedrich and life".
- The presentations will be complemented by a keynote speech from an external
surprise guest (.... last year, by the way, it was Ulrike Winkelmann,
editor-in-chief of the taz)
