Landesfinale von Local Heroes Niedersachsen 2024

In the organizer's words:

local heroes is probably the most exciting and diverse music award for all young up-and-coming artists and bands from all over Lower Saxony, Germany and Europe.

Numerous up-and-coming musicians have performed at the regional "local heroes Niedersachsen" events in recent months. The best-placed bands, duos and soloists from the preliminary rounds have already been able to prove themselves in the local semi-finals, North, West and South, and qualify for the state final.

The state final will take place on October 26 at the Hanover Music Center. The performances start at 6 pm. Admission begins at 5:15 pm.

The votes of the visitors are also in demand, as there will be an audience vote in addition to the jury vote.

The following music acts will be on stage at the state final in Hanover:

• 2 Times Louder for LK Northeim (rock)
• Salomon Pikes for LK Peine and City of Salzgitter (Alternative/Indie)
• The Attic for LK Hameln-Pyrmont/Holzminden/Schaumburg (Alternative Rock)
• HEY NILLE for LK Harburg and Lüneburg (Rock)
• Chicago Lane for the Hanover region (glam rock)
• Izzilue for the city of Oldenburg (singer-songwriter)
• Drunken Dinosaurs for the Oldenburg region (pop-rock/indie-pop)
• Frry for the city of Osnabrück (pop-punk)

This year's musical sponsor of "local heroes Niedersachsen" is Daniel Schulz - better known under his stage name Der Schulz and as the singer of the band OOMPH!

The "local heroes Niedersachsen" state final is organized by the Landesarbeitsgemeinschaft Rock in Niedersachsen e. V.. The newcomer music prize in Lower Saxony is sponsored by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture. Sponsors at state level are PPC Music and d-zentral.tv.
