WEINTAFEL: Fancy some wine, an informal exchange and relaxed enjoyment? Once a month, we meet on a Wednesday evening to taste 4-5 wines together, chat, ask questions and discover new things.
Each time with a new exciting topic. Fresh bread and small snacks are served.

Theme: Petnat
Pétillant Naturel, naturally sparkling - Petnat for short, is the oldest and most original method of producing sparkling wine. With this technique, also known as the ancestral method, fermentation takes place directly in the bottle.
The result is a lively wine with a fine, natural perlage, which can be stormy and sparkling or elegant and delicate. Sometimes full-bodied and grippy, sometimes fruity and fresh - Petnat displays a wide variety of characters.

On this evening, we will taste our way through a selection of wonderful companions for warm summer days, as they are always dry, refreshing and low in alcohol.
