One of the most exciting grape varieties, in our opinion. But what actually makes Silvaner so special? Together we will delve into the diverse world of this grape variety, exploring the spectrum from classically matured to natural wines, from fruity to dry interpretations.
We will also discuss why it is such a popular accompaniment to asparagus.
