Lars – Der kleine Eisbär

Little polar bear Lars lives at the North Pole with his family and friends. Lars experiences exciting adventures again and again. For example, he saves the whales from the whalers.

This time he rescues the whales from even greater distress caused by the melting of a glacier.

Young visitors learn why polar bears have small ears, why they are always warm and what consequences the melting sea ice in the Arctic has for the bears. Astronomical basics are explained in an easy-to-understand way, such as the Great Bear and the Little Bear in the starry sky. In addition, impressive, dome-filling pictures from the Arctic show where the polar bears live.
