Sometimes we hold on to so much - thoughts, emotions, expectations. But what happens when we simply let go? When we stop controlling and surrender to the moment?
This meditative breathing journey is an invitation to let go and come back to yourself - to your body, to yourself. Through a specific technique of gentle, connected breathing combined with other breathing techniques, you can enter a state of deep relaxation in which you can let go of tension and thoughts and have the space to "just be". The workshop is not about achieving something specific. It's about arriving in the here and now and getting in touch with your breath, with stillness, with what is alive within you.

Who is the workshop suitable for?
For (almost) everyone who longs for connection - with themselves, their own emotions and needs. No previous experience is required - just openness and a willingness to engage with yourself! There are hardly any contraindications to this gentle form of breathing, but please let me know when you register if you have any health restrictions so that I can assess whether this breathing journey is suitable for you.
