Latte Art Workshop

In the organizer's words:

Welcome to our Latte Art Workshop in Wiesbaden!
Cappuccino and flat white - a perfect combination of creamy, silky milk and balanced espresso. But if the milk isn't right, the cappuccino won't taste good either. Latte art is the icing on the cake, because, as we all know, the eye also drinks.

In our latte art workshop, you will learn how to froth milk so creamy that it harmonizes with the espresso and is so silky that it glides onto the surface to form a heart.

We start with a brief theoretical introduction to milk. Immediately afterwards, we'll move on to the portafilter machine:

• Frothing milk properly: what do you need to pay attention to and how do you perfect the texture?
• The right pouring techniques: How do you create classic latte art motifs such as a heart, leaf or rosetta?

Of course, there is plenty of time to practise: the more you pour, the better your designs will be. Accompanied by helpful tips and tricks from our experience, you will quickly see progress. In addition to practicing, you can enjoy as much coffee as you like!

Location and atmosphere
The workshop takes place in our Coffee & Culture Lab in Wiesbaden, Hellmundstraße 37 in the rear building. You can expect an informal atmosphere, backyard roastery flair and lots of insider knowledge.
