World off and now music, please. A piano, a voice and German lyrics are the tools with which singer-songwriter Laura Braun creates her multi-faceted, mercilessly authentic, melancholy chansons. Her lyrics open up whole worlds and yet no word is too much. "Vom Weg ab" - the name says it all. Because Braun's music is the kind you only find when you lose your way. A concert with Laura Braun becomes the soundtrack to a bumpy life path full of detours and dead ends. The morning after, the world outside the window, the art of failure. New round, new luck. Relapses, getting up again, reluctance, unwillingness, drive and the search for golden happiness. And always the question of how it should work, the right life, the good life. How do you find the "right" path and what if you don't like it there at all?

A concert evening that touches, moves, makes you think and resonates. Entertaining and profound. With music that draws from the full.

The response to the first releases has already been impressive. In 2022, Laura Braun was awarded the Baden-Württemberg State Prize for the Promotion of Small Art, after she had already taken first place in the "Armutsschatten" music competition organized by the German Social Association in Hanover in September 2021 with her moving song NULLSUMMENSPIEL.
