Laura Saumweber, Paula Niehoff, Martha Kröger: Ode an die Dinge

What's happening and what survives? Porcelain cups, coats, records and all sorts of stuff take us into other people's lives. Stories come to life through everyday objects. Two dancers embark on an exciting journey: They revel in memories, rediscover old things and even breathe life into them. In the process, voices of different people emerge, telling of their personal connection to the objects. Pre-recorded interviews combine dance and documentation to create something completely new.

Afterwards, there will be an introductory workshop for dance enthusiasts of all ages, because the piece is growing - and you can be part of it! For an XL version, we invite you to dance and perform with us during the Whitsun vacations.
