Every life tells a story. But how often do you really take the time to pause and look at your own journey? In this course, I invite you to consciously perceive, appreciate and creatively record your life story.

Who are you, beyond roles, duties and external paths? What remains of you?

Here you can record your life story in words, with memories and in exchange with people.

You should not write a perfect novel, but fill a folder creatively according to your ideas. You can draw, glue in pictures, collect quotes, write stories...

What you can expect:

• gentle impulses for remembering, designing and sharing
• creative and simple methods that won't overwhelm anyone
• a fixed, small group in which trust can grow
• Space for what is really important to you
