A glass of wine has a stimulating effect on the senses, just like a piece of music. Which stimulant do you prefer? You can find out here. Oboist Daniel Lanthier and lutenist Marco Baronchelli have come together to sensitively interpret great works in an intimate duo setting. The two baroque experts have prepared a festive musical bouquet with excerpts from Handel's Fireworks Music, as well as less frequently performed baroque compositions such as the oboe sonata by the Englishman William Babell. Babell's virtuoso arrangement of Handel's aria Lascia ch'io pianga closes the circle.
