Lichtspiele des Westens

In the organizer's words:

Let's light up Plagwitz-Lindenau together

Lights on in the dark season - this has become a tradition around Karl-Heine-Straße. Residents, tradespeople and artists join forces to stage the "Lichtspiele des Westens". Projections on building facades, installations in shop windows and trees transform the boulevard into an enchanting winter wonderland. On December 7 between 4 and 9 p.m., the Schaubühne is calling on people to illuminate the area around Boulevard Heine.

Join in! Light up your street, window or house! On Saturday, our jury will once again walk through the neighborhood and award prizes for the most beautiful installations by local residents. Every light counts, because together we want to ensure a radiant street.
