Liegenddemo Stuttgart

In the organizer's words:

ME/CFS - never heard of it? Over 620,000 people in Germany have lost their normal lives because of this disease and spend their days with many restrictions, some even in total darkness and silence.
Because they are often no longer able to stand up for their needs themselves, they need their relatives and you!

Are you in Stuttgart on Saturday and want to do something good and educate yourself? Then come along to the market square from 3 pm and support us at our lying-in demo.

Lying down demo? Yes, this special demo actually involves us lying down on the ground for 10 minutes. This is intended to reflect the condition of those affected.
Afterwards, invited politicians and relatives will talk about the disease and the inadequate care, you can join us in the exchange and take part in our Lemonchallenge.

All this with the aim of ensuring that sufferers are listened to, that research is carried out and that they finally receive the medication and medical care they need...and that hopefully at some point no one will look into questioning faces when the name ME/CFS is mentioned.
