Scenic reading from John Cage's letters
With the help of John Cage's random principle, the ensemble reads through his extensive correspondence. Excerpts from letters, including love letters to Merce Cunningham, personal anecdotes and reflections on his work meet scenic elements and illuminate new facets of his life and work in each performance.
