Our April exhibition in the Kulturhafen Heerdt tells you about stories, experiences and situations from music & sport.

What's special about it? They are photographs that immortalize these special moments and emotions. Because lifestyle photography is where a classic portrait ends and reportage begins.

Photographer Tarek Hansen sees himself as an observer of unadulterated and honest moments & emotions that want to be captured. Be it the singer on stage, completely immersed in the atmosphere that arises between artist and audience, or the dancer at a hip-hop battle. Tarek Hansen himself is deeply rooted in hip-hop culture and thus combines his profession with his passion.

Willi Nothers always had two things with him: his skateboard and his camera. The photographer was driven by the desire to freeze the millisecond and tell an entire story with a single image. His sports and action photos have therefore been published many times both nationally and internationally. He has a strong background in the skate, snowboard and music scene. For the "Lifestyle" exhibition, he is opening up his archives once again.
