Lindenthaler Adventstreff – Der neue Weihnachtsmarkt im Veedel!

Atmospheric twinkling lights, a warming cup of mulled wine and hearty kale, plus Christmas sounds and a festive atmosphere: Karl-Schwering-Platz in Lindenthal will be the center of contemplative Advent moments from November 22 to December 23, 2024.

What makes the new Christmas market special?

The Christmas market in Lindenthal has a long tradition, but in recent years it has increasingly failed to meet visitors' expectations. In order to bring a breath of fresh air to the event, the interest group Ring Lindenthaler Geschäftsleute e.V. has placed the organization in new hands this year. Together with the Von der Gathen advertising agency, a concept was developed that focuses on quality and variety.

"With Werbepraxis Von der Gathen, we have a proven partner at our side who has already been successful with our Veedelsfesten. The new Advent meeting place is intended to be a lively meeting place where we can celebrate the Advent season together," explains Michael Spernat, Chairman of the interest group.

Culinary delights and festive highlights

In addition to classic mulled wine, there will also be popular trends such as hot Aperol and Glühgin, complemented by a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Fries, bratwurst, crêpes and much more cater for small and large appetites. Children will get their money's worth on the popular carousel, while adults can browse for special gifts in the hut of local traders. From handmade dolls to children's clothing and jewelry, there is everything you need to find the perfect gift.
