Linoldruck Workshop

In the organizer's words:

Would you like to learn how to create your own print? With the relief printing technique of linocut, you can easily create your desired motif as a print for your home.

In my workshop, I will give you all the information you need to get started in the world of linocut and linocut printing. You can carve and print your own printing plate and later hang it up in your living room.

During the workshop, I will give you a short theoretical introduction to linocut and technique, materials and tools. Then we will move on to the practical part: The aim is to create your own individual print - from transferring the motif onto the linoleum plate to printing. You don't need any artistic skills or manual talents to do this.

For the duration of the workshop, I will provide all the necessary materials such as cutting knives, linoleum plates, rolls, paper and paints. You can of course take the printing plate you have carved yourself and the printed copies home with you.

The duration is between 3-4 hours.

The price includes all costs for materials and supplies.

The workshop takes place at Hannah's Kreativcafé & Conceptstore in Trier.
