Four days of browsing, listening & discovering
From May 1 to 4, the "Literature & Live Music" event will be offering over 13,000 pre-loved books, records and related items for little money and for the benefit of good causes in Düsseldorf's Matthäikirche. The event will be accompanied by seven classical music concerts. The team from the Psychosocial Center for Refugees Düsseldorf e.V. will also be offering a reading and discussions with the public. Books, recordings, games & co.
The assortment consists of donated books, from current novels and crime thrillers to children's books and foreign-language fiction to antiquarian finds on art, architecture, philosophy, poetry, history, natural sciences and more. There are also plenty of books about Düsseldorf as well as DVDs, CDs, records and games.

Most books are sold for 50 cents per centimeter of book thickness, a few selected works are priced individually.

The book market is always open from 12 noon to 6 pm on the days of the event.
