Accessible, inspiring and cozy - this year's li:tz is cozy, but still exciting!
In addition to a reading and an evening program, li:tz will once again offer a space for sharing ideas. As always, we will be focusing on current social issues that are dealt with in critical and queer contemporary literature. There will also be a workshop, waffles and space to think further.

Hani, Kasih and Saya have had a deep friendship since their youth together in the settlement. After years, the three meet up again to spend a few days catching up on old times. But whether they are on the rooftops of the city, on the bench in front of the Späti or at a squatters' party, it is always clear that they cannot shake off what now so often determines their everyday lives: the looks, the slogans, hatred and right-wing terror. But their friendship gives them stability. Until one dramatic night shakes everything up.
Since 2022, the li:tz - Festival for Literature in Je:tzt has been creating spaces for encounters with a queer-feminist and intersectional approach. Together with established authors and regional artists, li:tz creates a space in which there is room for further thought and exchange. Through readings, exhibitions and music acts, different approaches are offered to visitors. With an interdisciplinary supporting program, li:tz connects local artists from the visual and performing arts.

There are three different toilets: a barrier-free toilet that can also be used by wheelchair users, a toilet with 3 toilet cubicles and a toilet with urinals and a toilet cubicle.
