David Gramberg first attracted attention with "Autumn Comes". Over 10 million Spotify streams, 340,000 Instagram reels and 128,000 TikTok creations for his autumn song alone speak for themselves and show his flair for catchy melodies and captivating hooklines in English-language indie pop. This year, the singer-songwriter with his unmistakable voice continues the journey and now expresses his thoughts and feelings in German. Themes such as change, letting go, breaking free and arriving remain central motifs for the musician. An important step in this artistic development is the setting of the poem "Ich bin die Zeit" by Erich Kästner - the harbinger, so to speak, of his first German-language EP "Und was, wenn nicht", which will be released in 2024. With five songs, the EP ranges from rousing choruses to moments of vulnerability, trust and longing. David Gramberg is as much a realist as he is an optimist, who observes closely and here and there begins to dream and invites you to dream. His music strikes a balance between clear statements, melancholy and the beautiful things that are worth living for. Following the release of his debut EP "Where Have You Gone" and support shows for artists such as Joris and Sportfreunde Stiller, David Gramberg and his band will embark on their first headlining tour through Germany and Austria in November 2023. His live show promises to be an electrifying excursion, musically diverse and multi-faceted. Sometimes he hammers the keys of his fiery red piano with a deep black sound, while at the same time he makes the floor shake with loud stomping in time with the guitar on his back - then again he transports the audience to other worlds with a soulful ballad. David Gramberg easily masters how to take his audience on this musical rollercoaster ride and captivate them. A concert experience that captures the pulse of the times and pushes musical boundaries - an absolute must-see for indie pop enthusiasts!
